Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed by grief, struggling with the impact of trauma, or finding yourself feeling lost — without a sense of purpose or direction in life?

I offer a warm, compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can begin to process what you're going through at your own pace. I'm a trauma-informed humanistic and integrative therapist, and I work alongside you with empathy and respect, honouring your unique experiences and inner resources.

I also integrate gentle mind–body approaches — mindfulness, breath-work and grounding — to support nervous-system regulation and emotional balance.

My approach

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens through a safe and supportive relationship — both within the therapeutic space and with yourself.

    An approach that honours your wholeness — your thoughts, feelings, body and sense of meaning — trusting you as the expert in your own life.

  • Integrative counselling

    Drawing on a range of evidence-based models so the work can be shaped around what you actually need, not a single fixed method.

  • Relational therapy

    The therapeutic relationship itself becomes a place of safety, repair and growth — somewhere old patterns can soften.

  • Somatic therapy

    Gentle body-based practices — grounding, breath awareness, noticing sensation — that help regulate the nervous system alongside talking.

£50 per session

50 minutes therapeutic hour, in person or via Zoom. I offer a free 20–30 minutes initial video consultation so we can explore what's bringing you to therapy and whether we feel right to work together.
